  • How much is a home appraisal?

    An appraisal is FREE and will initially involve a short visit to your property by a Real Estate professional, then the agent will return to the office to compare your property to others that recently sold or listed to generate a full written report of their findings. Including – a market report for your type of property within your local area, a valuation of your properties worth compared to other recent sales, presentational suggestions (tips on what may add or not add value), promotional recommendations, pricing strategies, and a resume of the agent and agency.
